Vitex agnus-castus extract – 40 mg (standardized in agnuside)
Vitamin B6 – 2.40 mg

Mastrelle® Premenstrual contains a complex of plant extracts and vitamin B6, designed for women experiencing symptoms of premenstrual syndrome (PMS).
How it works
Vitex agnus-castus is a Mediterranean plant traditionally used to alleviate PMS symptoms. Studies have shown that it restores female endocrine balance.
Maca (Peruvian ginseng) is a physical and mental tonic, helping to reduce fatigue, nervousness, and anxiety, common PMS symptoms.
Goldenrod (Solidago virgaurea) extract supports normal kidney function, aiding in the elimination of excess fluids, which contribute to weight fluctuations.
Ginger extract (Zingiber officinale), due to its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, reduces prostaglandin levels, which helps relieve headaches and abdominal pain. It also acts as a digestive tonic, easing abdominal discomfort.
Vitamin B6, known as the "anti-stress" vitamin, reduces the negative effects of stress on the nervous system, promotes better sleep, and supports a positive mood.
