How it works
Passion flower has a calming action due to the synergism created by the active components of the plant, vitexin, isovitexin, apigenin, called psychoactive flavonoids and is recommended in neurasthenia, nervous exhaustion, insomnia, stress, anxiety. Modern medicine recommends the use of passionflower preparations in states of neurasthenia, nervous exhaustion, insomnia, stress, anxiety.
Melissa helps to remove anxiety, nervous tension and irritability, leads to the installation of a state of relaxation and calm, necessary to restore emotional balance.
Isoquinoline alkaloids are active substances that give the California poppy sedative and anxiolytic properties and potentiate the calming effect of passionflower.
Melatonin is an endocrine hormone responsible for circadian rhythms regulation. As melatonin levels increase, drowsiness sets in and then the propensity for sleep is increased. Scientific studies have shown that permanent hypnotic users have been able to replace regular sleeping pills with melatonin, leading to a substantial improvement in sleep quality. How to use
Adults: it is recommended to administer one tablet a day, about 30-60 minutes before bedtime, after which it is recommended to rest in bed.
The recommended duration of administration is 2-4 weeks.
The administration can be resumed after a pause period equal to the administration period.
